1. Overview

We are a manufacturer and wholesaler of premium fabrics and ethnic textile products, supplying boutiques, multi-brand stores and businesses. These terms govern your use of this website and any order placed through it.

2. Registration

Creating an account is free and open to users aged 13 and above.

• One account per user - multiple accounts belonging to a single user are not accepted
• Accounts found in breach of this may be removed
• Information collected at registration is governed by our Privacy Policy
• Trade pricing is released only after your wholesale account is approved

3. Account Information

Please give accurate details when you register or subscribe. Any wrong information that leads to a wrong dispatch, a failed delivery or a misunderstanding remains the responsibility of the user who provided it.

4. Product Information and Pricing

We aim to describe and price everything accurately, and reserve the right to correct typographical errors in a description, a price or an availability figure.

• You may always ask for your choice of colours and we will try to match it
• We cannot guarantee a colour, as it depends entirely on the stock available
• If your preferred colours are unavailable you may ask us to cancel the order
• Trade prices exclude applicable taxes and freight unless stated otherwise

5. Orders and Minimums

We supply on wholesale terms only. Each product carries its own minimum order quantity and order step, both shown on the product page. A quotation we send stays valid for 15 days unless we say otherwise.

6. Payment

We accept bank transfer and the online payment options offered at checkout. Production or dispatch begins once the payment or the agreed advance is received. We do not store your card or payment details on our website.

7. Shipping and Duties

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charge. These are the buyer's responsibility. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

8. Feedback and Reviews

Testimonials and reviews reach us through the website form, WhatsApp, phone and email. We may publish them with the reviewer's name and city. Reviews and comments posted on the website are visible to other visitors.

9. Intellectual Property

The designs, photographs, artwork and text on this website belong to VV Textile. You may use our product photographs to sell the goods you have bought from us. Please do not use our designs or images to have the same product made elsewhere.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from an order or from the use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. We would always rather settle a disagreement by talking to you first, so please write to us before taking any other step.

11. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about this website or its content may be sent to our Grievance Officer at the address and email on our Contact page. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
